These eggless ragi/finger millet cookies are tasty and have the perfect crunch. The cardamom and ginger flavours incorporated in it takes it to another level altogether. So do make them this rainy day and enjoy with a cuppa.

These eggless ragi/finger millet cookies are tasty and have the perfect crunch. The cardamom and ginger flavours incorporated in it takes it to another level altogether. So do make them this rainy day and enjoy with a cuppa.
Steps

Take thick ghee in a bowl or refrigerate if it is like liquid. Now add sugar powder to it.

Cream the mixture well

Add the cardamon and ginger powder and whisk again

Now seive the flours into it

Start combining with a spatula
- 6
Add a tbsp of milk and combine if mixture seems very dry.

Now make small roundels and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°. Bake them for 18 minutes. Cool well and store in an airtight container.

Crunchy ragi biscuits ready to have with a cuppa.
