Ingredients

  • 6 pcsHilsha fish
  • 2 tbspMustard paste
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 4 tbspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add fish pieces, a pinch of salt and turmeric powder. Rub it and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    In another bowl add mustard paste, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, mustard oil and mix properly.

  3. 3

    Add marinated fish pieces into mustard mixture and rub it.

  4. 4

    Transfer this in to a microwave proff bowl and cook for 5-6 minutes in micro full power.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with steamed rice.
