First washed andsoaked rice in water for 1 hour.

Then boil water add oil, turmeric and Big cardamom..add soaked rice and cooked 95 percent...and stain it...let it cool down.

Then take a bowl add all the gatta ingredients mix well and make a dough.

Then take a small ball and make long rolls.and boiled in water...till 15 min..when bubbles come on gatta...then stain gatta water

Let it cool gatta and cut pieces and frying in oil.

Then take a wok add ghee put bay leaf, Asafoetida, cumin seeds,Ginger saute. It...Then add onion saute it and all spices and cooked rice mix well.

Then cover rice with plate and cook 5 to 7 min.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
