Cut the strawberries into small pieces, setting a few whole ones aside for decoration.

Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and pour it over the chopped strawberries. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, drain the strawberries and save the juice. Puree a couple of tablespoons of the strawberries and add them to the juice. Add the juice from the remaining oranges to this mixture. This is the liquid for dipping the ladyfingers. Add a little more sugar if needed.

To make the cream, mix the mascarpone with the egg whites beaten with the remaining sugar, then fold in the yogurt.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of cream, then add ladyfingers dipped in the juice. Cover with more cream, add some chopped strawberries, then repeat with more ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries. Finish with a final layer of cream, decorate as desired, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
