Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 4 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoonactive yeast
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Lukewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, water and kneed. Grease bowl with oil, Place dough and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Leave to rise for 30 minutes

    After 30 mins punch dough and kneed for 3 mins. Grease pan, divide dough into 6, make balls and arrange dough in pan. Leave dough to rise for 20 minutes and bake.
