Cut tuna into 1/4 inch dice and place in large bowl

In separate bowl combine olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, wasabi, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt & pepper.

Pour over tuna, add scallions & jalapeno, mix well.

Cot avacados in half. Remove seed and peel. Cut into 1/4 inch dices. Carefully mix into tuna muxture.

Add toasted sesame. Season to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
