250 gm Sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup ghee
2 tbspmilk
1 tsp cardamom powder

Boil the sweet potatoes in pressure cooker. After 2-3 whistle off the flame. Open the lid and peel and mash the sweet potatoes with potato mashed.

Heat ghee in a pan.add mashed potatoes and stir.cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Add milk, Sugar and cardamom powder and mix everything well.

Saute till ghee starts to leave the sides of the pan.add chopped nuts and mix.off the flame and serve hot garnish with chopped nuts.
