Ingredients

  • 1potato
  • 3-4ridge gourd
  • As required regular spices
  • Some grated coconut
  • 1 tspsugar
  • As per tastesalt
  • As RequiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add onion paste add all masala until it leaves oil.

  2. 2

    Then add ghinga(ridge gourd) and potato

  3. 3

    Add all masalas.

  4. 4

    Then add grated coconut.

  5. 5

    Adjust salt and sugar.Allow it to cook until tender.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with rice.
