Ingredients

  1. 400 gmixed beans in brine
  2. 410 gbaked beans in tomato sauce
  3. 410 gbutter beans in brine
  4. 300 gbaby marrows, thinly sliced
  5. 3mixed peppers, chopped
  6. 2garlic cloves, chopped
  7. 2spring onions, chopped
  8. 1 cupWellington sweet & sour sauce
  9. 1 tspSeven Colours grill spice
  10. 2 tbscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

45minutes
  1. 1

    Drain the beans in brine and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a shallow pan over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Saute peppers and spring onion until translucent then add baby marrows, spice and garlic.

  4. 4

    Fry until the baby marrows are soft, this will take about ten minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and allow to cool

  6. 6

    Mix the cooled vegetables with beans, toss well and dress with the sweet & sour sauce.

  7. 7

    Chill the salad in the fridge for an hour before serving.

  8. 8

    Enjoy
