Cooking Instructions

Into a container, add carrot, onion, salt, sugar and hot water. Mix

Then add the dough and mix

Then transfer to a table and start to knead. (since the dough is hot due to the hot water, it is easier to knead on the table or any levelled surface.)

Knead util the dough is ready and tender. Then roll it out and rub oil on it's top

Cut the dough into strips. And roll each strip into a ball.

Place the balls into a container and cover. Let the dough rest. Meanwhile, prepare your sauce of heat. Place your frying pan onto the heat

Pick one of the balls from the container, and roll it out into a circle.

Place the chapati onto the hot frying pan. Turn it to every side

Then add oil. And keep turning it util golden brown

Serve.
