Wash the raw mangoes nicely
Clean them nicely with a clean cloth

Now peel the skin and chop like chunks(not too big)

Take a clean bowl and add all the ingredients
Give a nice toss so that everything gets mixed nicely - 4
Put the contents in a clean and dry bottle

Lemon juice will help mango pieces too get soft

This is an instant pickle with no oil, so it gets ready fast to use- within a day and should be kept in the refrigerator to preserve it.
