I usually go for Japanese-style pork cutlets when I buy thick slices of pork loin but this time I decided to go for something new for my family and it was a success 😋💛 Something to enjoy this #festive season as well! 🎄

Ingredients

20 mins
3 people
  1. 3 slicespork loin (2-3 centimeters thick)
  2. Pinchsalt and pepper
  3. 3 tbspflour
  4. 1 tspcurry powder
  5. 1egg
  6. 2 tbspgrated parmesan
  7. Pinchdried parsley
  8. 3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

Mix the flour and curry powder in a bowl or deep plate. In a separate bowl or deep plate, beat the egg and mix with parmesan and dried parsley.

  2. 2

Pound the slices of pork loin with a meat mallet or the bottom of an empty glass bottle. Season the meat with salt and pepper and coat it with the flour and curry powder mixture.

  3. 3

Coat the meat with the egg mixture and pan-fry in a heated pan with oil. Adjust the heat accordingly as to not burn the meat. (In the photo, 1 slice of the meat is cut into smaller pieces for my child.)

  4. 4

Pan-fry both sides of the meat and once well cooked serve on a plate with your choice of side dish!
