Made in a Bread Maker Onion Bread

I created this recipe to use up cheese It takes longer, but it will taste better when you pan-fry the onion used during Step 3.
Please adjust the water content, and temperature depending on the flour you use and the season. I baked in a microwave with the oven setting. Please adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven. When you are using unsalted butter, add 0.2 g of salt. I cut the dough into half during Step 4, but the shape will be more settled if you cut it into 3 and braid them. It's a braided bread in the Top picture. Recipe by SALASA
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the ingredients listed until the margarine in a bread maker to make the dough. Wait until the 1st rising is finished.
- 2
Slice the onion and bacon into 5 mm wide strips. Microwave the onion without plastic wrap for about 5~7 minutes at 500W until it becomes semi-translucent and soft, then let it cool.
- 3
Transfer the dough to a board and roll out into a rectangle with a rolling pin. Spread the onion and bacon (set aside 1/3 of them for toppings), sprinkle with black pepper, and roll it up. Close the seams completely and press down with your hands to flatten it out.
- 4
Cut into half with a scraper or a knife starting 2cm from the top. Twist together, and pinch up the end to close completely. Cover with plastic wrap & a tightly wrung out kitchen towel, or spray with water. Let it rise (2nd rising) with the bread-steam-rise setting of the oven (at 40℃) until it becomes 1.5 times the original size.
- 5
When the 2nd rising is finished, top with the remaining onion and bacon from Step 3 and the cheese. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190~180℃ (preheated to 200℃), and then it's done.
- 6
It's fluffy and springy It's also delicious if you put pizza sauce and processed cheese cubes on the rolled out dough during Step 3.

I had a bunch of potatoes, so I added it to the batter to use it up.Mash the potatoes to a similar consistency as the bread dough so that it's easy to knead into it. You can use bread flour to sprinkle the dough, but you'll have a crispier finish if you use joshinko. I quartered 10 g of butter for the top and placed them on top before baking. I'm not good at rolling filled dough, so this method was easier. When dividing the dough into 12 portions, use a sharp knife and cut it through from the top to the bottom, then it will cut neatly. Even if the shapes are not perfect, when you arrange them on a baking sheet, you can reshape them. The baking time is just a suggestion, so adjust it according to your oven. If the surface is getting burnt, cover with aluminium foil, and turn down the temperature.*When you are turning the pan during Step ⑦, do it quickly so that the inside temperature of the oven won't drop.
