In pan add add oil mashed potatoes stir fry for 4 min add g blended peppers chopped onion salt seasoning and spices stir fry for 5min

Then add the ground beef stir and add a bit of oil to fry for 5mins

Your minced beef with potatoes is ready serve with bread
