Crispy Veggies Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  1. 10Rice Papers
  2. Filling;
  3. 1 carrot, sliced into strips
  4. 1/2 small cabbage, sliced
  5. 5-6 shiitake mushrooms, diced
  6. Bean sprouts
  7. 35 g vermicelli
  8. 1egg
  9. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  10. 1 tbsp oysters
  11. White sesame, pounded
  12. 1 garlic + 4 coriander roots+ 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns, pounded
  13. Oil for fry
  14. Dipping sauce;
  15. 2 tvsps fish sauce
  16. 2 tbsps vinegar
  17. 2 tbsps sugar
  18. 5 chilies, minced
  19. 1 garlic clove, minced
  20. 2 tbsps carrot, grated

Cooking Instructions

    For the filling, put all ingredients in the mixing bowl, stir to mix well. Then place the rice paper on the chopping board. Scoop the filling on, roll it.

    For the dipping sauce, put fish sauce, vinegar and sugar in the small bowl. Bring into the microwave for 1 minutes. After that stir, let it cool down. Add chilies, garlic and grated carrot. Stir to mix well.

    Heat the pot, pour the oil. Put the veggies rolls to fry, use the medium high heat. Fri until crispy, scoop up and drain it. Serve with dipping sauce.
