[Beginner Level] Bacon Bread Rolls Made in a Bread Machine

While I was making various stuffed bread, I suddenly felt like having a pizza-type one and came up with this recipe.
Once the bread is nicely browned, they are done baking.
It's also really good if you use ham instead of bacon.
Try topping it with cheese - it's really good!
If you're going to eat the bread the next day, wrap it with plastic wrap and microwave it for 30 seconds to warm it up. It will become fluffy and delicious. For 8 rolls. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all of the ingredients except for the "topping" ingredients into the bread machine to make the dough until the first rising is complete.
- 2
Take the dough out of the machine, release the gas, fold into three layers, and divide into 8 pieces. Form into balls and cover with saran wrap for 15 minutes to complete the second rising.
- 3
Flatten out each ball and place the cut-in-half bacon in the center.
- 4
Roll them up starting from the edge closest to you. Make sure to securely close the seam.
- 5
Tightly stick the ends together.
- 6
Place the seam on the bottom and use a knife to cut about 3/4 of the way down, then open them up. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
- 7
Wrap them up and let sit until they become about double in size.
- 8
Place on a parchment lined baking tray and coat with beaten egg. Top with sliced onions.
- 9
Squirt mayonnaise on top of the onion.
- 10
Sprinkle on dried parsley on top of the mayonnaise. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 200°C preheated oven.

Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine
Since I love wiener sausage bread rolls, I made some.I used a "MKHDBー100" bread machine. *I used the "bread dough" program, with 1 hour for the 1st rising. When you check the dough during that time and it's already doubled in volume, you don't need to wait for the whole hour. You can remove the dough from the machine at that point. Make sure to cover the dough not being handled during Step 4, 5,6 so that it doesn't dry out. When you are slashing the tops, if you wet the tip of a knife, it won't stick to the dough and it's easier to make clean cuts. Please be careful not to slash the bread too deeply. Because I didn't have enough butter to bake bread, I used mayonnaise.I made this because I wanted to bake a breakfast bread. In Step 3 when rolling out the dough, roll it so that it is 2-3 cm longer than the bacon. When spreading the mayonnaise, don't cover the last 1/4 of the dough. This will help seal the ends securely. Recipe by Dokintan cookpad.japan -
Chocolate Bread Rolls Chocolate Bread Rolls
Thinking back to the bread sold at my elementary school snack shop, besides the apple bread, there was a long chocolate bread. Its chewy texture and the chocolate inside really won my heart. Although I can't replicate the exact texture, I decided to make a similar chocolate bread roll to relive that memory.Feel free to visit my blog at http://lemon-banana.blogspot.com/Tips* You can substitute instant yeast for regular dry yeast, using half the amount and adding it directly to the flour to mix into a dough.* You can use any spread you like for the filling.* You can replace the milk with egg wash. 檸檬樹下的焦香屋Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

These rolls are a bit hit with my family. It is also a really useful bread when entertaining guests. They're double-milkly with condensed milk and regular milk. The key is to put in condensed milk! Milk spoils quickly in the summer, so be sure to make this bread quickly and efficiently when it's hot (don't use the time-delay feature on your bread machine and so on).
