Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMeat
  2. 2Stock fish
  3. 1Dry fish
  4. 1 teaspoonGround achi
  5. Rodo(scotch bonnet pepper)
  6. 2ckspCrayfish
  7. 1wrap Ogiri
  8. 1/4Palmoil
  9. BunchOha leaves (shredded)
  10. Small bunch Ukazi leaves (finely sliced)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil meat and stock fish till tender.

    Add 2 cooking spoons of Palm oil.then add blended pepper,Crayfish and ogiri.

    Leave to simmer for 15mins (cook in a very low heat)

  4. 4

    Add grounded achi,stir to ensure it is all dissolved.

  5. 5

    Leave to cook for 5mins.Add washed uziza leaves wait for 10mins for the leaves to cook then add oha leaves,stir cook for 2minutes and then turn off heat.
