Cooking Instructions

In a pan on a low - medium heat, add the olive oil and slowly heat. Then add the beaten eggs(don’t over beat the eggs, as the texture will not be as fluffy as the end result). Let it cook in the pan undisturbed for about 2 minutes until you see the above happening. A layer of egg on the bottom of the pan fluffing up.

That is the signal to take a spatula and finally stir the egg to make it into the scrambled egg texture we all know and love.

Continue to move the egg around in the pan, avoiding the egg to be overcooked. Cook for about 3 minutes until the egg is not runny but creamy and set. Remove from the heat and only now season with salt and pepper. Seasoning early means the egg will become rubbery in texture.

Toast a slice of bread to desired preference. Then spread the toast with some delicious avocado and add the creamy scrambled eggs on top. Serve with your morning coffee or tea! Congratulations! You now know how to make the perfect scrambled eggs! :)
