Health bread using a bread machine

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer (mine layers the liquid first and yeast last)
- 2
Set machine to dough and let it do its job
- 3
Once it's done, remove the dough. You can then put it into a bread pan that has been greased or you can make a round loaf or you can plait as I did in the photo. If you want to plait, cut the dough into 3 with a large knife. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece into a sausage and then plait.
- 4
Sprinkle seeds on top of loaf and spray with a bit of water to keep moist. Cover and leave it in a warm place to rise for an hour
- 5
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 40 minutes in the middle shelf. Check on the bread at 35 minutes to ensure the crust isn't getting too dark.
- 6
Allow to cool before slicing

Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine Sausage Bread Using a Bread Machine
I like sausage bread so I make them often, but twisting the dough around the sausages is pretty hard. So I thought up an easy but still attractive way to make the rolls.I always pay attention to how much the dough rises. The rolls may look complicated, but they are actually easy. I used to use sausages on skewers or use two small ones at once before I found these sausages. These ones have 8 per package, and are just right for making this sausage bread. Using a Bread Machine! Fluffy Walnut Bread Using a Bread Machine! Fluffy Walnut Bread
My family likes soft walnut bread and I was making it for my family. The shape of the bread is the same, but I altered the recipe because I wasn't quite happy with the dough. This bread is very soft as you put yogurt and honey in the dough. If you don't have butter, use 20 g of shortening and 6 g of salt instead!! For 10 portions. Recipe by Kobayanchan cookpad.japan -
Use A Bread Machine ♡ Tiramisu Flavored Twisted Heart Rolls Use A Bread Machine ♡ Tiramisu Flavored Twisted Heart Rolls
I wanted to make a bread that could be eaten as a snack. I thought I would just twist and twist and form into a loop, but they came out bigger than I expected, so I made them in heart shapes which came out so cute. So I decided on these.♡ They're probably good for Valentine's Day too.♫♬1/26, I changed the method of shaping the dough just a little bit. I think this way will probably turn out a little more pleasing to the eye... Recipe by Dokintan cookpad.japan -

Mocha French Bread (Made with Yeast) Mocha French Bread (Made with Yeast)
This is the yeast version of my natural yeast mocha french bread. You can use a piece of canvas instead of a cloth in step 6. I bake the dough as-is without moving it, so I cover it with parchment paper.I used 75% water this time, and it was rather watery. 70% might be better! Recipe by Miyanbo cookpad.japan -

Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine Wiener Sausage Bread Rolls Using a Bread Machine
Since I love wiener sausage bread rolls, I made some.I used a "MKHDBー100" bread machine. *I used the "bread dough" program, with 1 hour for the 1st rising. When you check the dough during that time and it's already doubled in volume, you don't need to wait for the whole hour. You can remove the dough from the machine at that point. Make sure to cover the dough not being handled during Step 4, 5,6 so that it doesn't dry out. When you are slashing the tops, if you wet the tip of a knife, it won't stick to the dough and it's easier to make clean cuts. Please be careful not to slash the bread too deeply.
