Cooking Instructions

Firstly soaked dates in water for 10 minutes. After that deseed it.

Now take grinder put Moong Dal, Rajma, urad Dal, chana Dal, seasme seeds and grind it in powder.

Then take nonstick pan heat it and put multigrain powder dry roast it. When it becomes golden brown colour, it's roasted. You also smell the aroma.

Now take grinder put roasted multigrain powder, dates and again grind it. Then add melon seeds and mix it nicely.

Now give Modak shape from this ingredients and on top sprinkle seasme seeds.

Now your Modak is ready.

I tend to experiment quite a bit and this one turned out really well.
