To prepare the cream: Take 2 cup of cold thick milk into a nonstick pan but the stove should be off.Now take the other 1/2 cup liquid milk into a bowl.Then add the custard powder and cornflower and stir it until the powder mixed up with the milk. If you have no custard powder then add 2drops of vanilla essence. And pour the mixture in the 2cup of milk and turn on the stove..Then add the condensed milk(sugar if you have no condensed milk). Stir until the mixture got thicken like custard.

You have to stir the milk continuously. Otherwise the milk will stick with the pan.

Preparing the shemai: First take 2 tablespoon of ghee into a nonstick pan add the shemai(you have to crush the shemai by your hand). Then add the sugar and powder milk. Mixed it and fry the shemai until it turns into light brown and the sugar got dissolved. Ok Now turn off the stove, put half of the shemai on the pan and take other half on a bowl. Add the powder colour on the shemai of the bowl and mixed it.

Now the last step:Take a deep but slight flat glass bowl, add the colour less fried shemai on the bowl, u have to spread it evenly in the bottom of the bowl.. Then pour the creame that u have made before on the shemai..Then spread the coloured shemai on the top of the bowl.. Garnish with nuts and raisins. Leave it on the refrigerator to set.. Enjoy it
