Potato Pan pizza

Instructions
• Grate 3 medium size potatoes, then wash them once in the water and squeeze the water out thoroughly. [make sure to squeeze the water out properly]
• Then add salt, pepper, cumin powder, chaat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, eggs, and the cheese to the grated potatoes and mix everything well.
• Now place a non-stick pan on the stove on medium-low heat and add oil. Once the oil is heated add the potato mixture in the pan and spread it evenly.
• Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until it set. After that flip it over and cook the other side for 5-10 minutes or as needed. [make sure to cook both sides evenly. ]
• Now flip it again and add the toppings. Cover and cook for 10-12 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
Finally the yummy Potato pan pizza is ready to eat!

Marinate the chicken and shrimp with salt , pepper, flour and corn flour. Rest it for 15min. Then fry it with butter. Fry the cashew nuts in the same pan.Cut all the veggies into julian pieces.Make the sauce with Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil,white vinegar, black pepper, sugar. Loitta Shutki Vuna
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them until soft.Then add garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Saute' for 1 minute, reduce the heat to medium. Dry fish has a lot of salt. So be careful about salt.Now add boiled shutki and stir for 1-2 minutes.If you feel salty then add more onion.It is your personal preference.Use mustard oil which makes the shutki to different taste and makes it so delicious.
