Crepes Rolled with egg and cheese Stuffing

Prepare the crepe mixture. Add flour, salt, baking powder. Mix well.

In another bowl mix egg, oil, milk and water. Mix well. Then gradually add it to the mixed dry ingredients and stir to make a nice and lump free mixture.

In a bowl take 3 eggs. Beat the egg. Add salt, finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and parsley. Mix thoroughly.

Now take a pan and brush some butter/ oil. Pour the crepe mixture. When it is half cooked and you can see the holes forming, then add some of the egg mixture. Spread it everywhere on the crepe. Put on a lid and cook in medium low heat.

After 1/2 minutes add some grated mozzarella cheese on top of it and wait for it to melt. When the egg is cooked and the chesse has melted take the crepe of the pan and roll it to give a nice shape.
Repeat the process and make until you have crepe and egg mixture left.
