Gulaab Jamun is a very famous kind of sweet from the Indian Subcontinent and widely known as Golaap Jam in Bangladesh. It’s very delicious at the same time easy to make that’s why it has become a go to dessert in every household lately.

Marinate the chicken and shrimp with salt , pepper, flour and corn flour. Rest it for 15min. Then fry it with butter. Fry the cashew nuts in the same pan.Cut all the veggies into julian pieces.Make the sauce with Tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil,white vinegar, black pepper, sugar. Mix the sauce with veggies. Add the fried chicken, shrimp and cashews. Mix it nicely and add lemon juice. tastes heavenly!

Right now we are in the age of fried chicken sandwich and I love it. I make it in different ways. Here’s one of my own KFC sandwich- Kirons fried chicken sandwich. I like it simple- with some chipotle mayo and coleslaw. This sandwich does make me happy. #happy

The highlight for me in this soup is the flavorful broth. Its is super easy and quick to make. Everything in this soup could be made from scratch, but sometimes you need flavorful convenience. I used store bought dumplings. They complete the wholesomeness of the soup. One of the easiest hearty meal to make.

The concept of this sandwich is to put cooked steak and mushrooms inside a hollowed out loaf of bread then press it down with weights. Weights are used to press down on the sandwich, which causes all the juice from meat and other toppings to soak into the bread. Shooter’s sandwich originated in England during the Edwardian era. It was created so that hunters could easily carry lunch with them, hence I guess the name Shooter’s sandwich. My version has 8 layers of different type of toppings. I guess I can call it evolution of food 😊.
