In a saucepan on medium flame add water, butter and sugar. After boiling add flour. Make a thick mixture dough

Then add egg and vanilla essence. Mix it well

Then put the mixture in a piping bag. After that carefully pipe churros into sticks.Use kitchen scissors to cut off dough from piping bag. Fry in deep oil. Fry until deep brown. Before serving Sprinkle sugar on the churros. Serve with liquid chocolate.
