After cleaning the mixed dal & rice properly put it on a net.

Put a dish on flame and add the oils, spices & onions

When the onion are red add the ginger-garlic paste and fry again for 2mibutes

Now add the spices with 1cup water and fry 5minutes

Once the oil is up add the mixed rice and lentils and keep fry for 5-7minutes

Now add the 6Cup water and give a good mix. Now we will keep flame for lower and cover the dish with proper lid

It will take around half an hour for soft and scented kichuri to be cooked.

Some people loves hard kichuri, some soft and some totally soup type. Depends upon choice.

So final look of my plain kichuri is ready to serve with beef curry and salads.
