Wash and cut both the sides of cucumbers.

If necessary, cut or slice cucumbers as desired size.

Place all the dry ingredients into the jar tightly.

Combine the brine ingredients and bring them to a boil.

Pour the brine over the cucumbers all the way to the top.

Cover the lid and flip the bottle to cool.
コツ・ポイント
You can ad bay leaves and more garlic as you wish. Apple cider vinegar also works for stronger taste.
