  • 1 kilogrammeat
  • Seasoning
  • Ground granut
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your meat and drain it completely let the water drain well

  2. 2

    Put little water in your ground granut and pour it into your drain meat put your seasoning and scotch bonnet add your dice onions put a lot of onion and put the meat in a foil paper and wrap it

  3. 3

    Put water in a pot and colander on top of the pot then add ur meat into the colander and close the pot the stem of the water will cooked your meat completely, you will start perceiving the aroma when the gas meat is done, And your gas meat is ready.
