Take ghee in a pan add suji in it and roast it till it becomes light brown in colour.

Then add milk and mix well. Switch off the flame. Add sugar, malai, cashew powder, milk powder and mix all ingredients well, cook on high flame for 2 minutes.

After mixture becomes thicker add pineapple crush in it and cook for 1/2 minute, add 2 drops of yellow colour and mix well.

Cool down mixture and now make small rolls from it. Roll this Indian Sweet Roll in chopped pistachio and cover with silver vark.

Indian Sweet Rolls are ready to serve
