Boil the soaked dal till it is just soft, don't over boil it.

In a bowl take two types of flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, carom seeds, chopped green chilies, salt add clarified butter and mix well till the mixture is crumbly in texture.

Add the boiled dal and knead it cover it and leave it for 1/2 an hour.

Make 5 balls from the dough, roll one ball into a big roti, cut the roti in thin strips but keep intact both the ends, apply little clarified butter on it

Start rolling from one end and make a roll shape as shown in the picture, Now make ball by rolling from one side and make peda

Press lightly with your fingers, spread some sesame seeds on it and roll with a rolling pin lightly

Add 2 table spoon oil in a fry pan fry the lachchha paratha till golden brown.
