Ingredients

  1. 4Potato
  2. 2chopped tomato
  3. 2chopped onion
  4. 4chopped capsicum
  5. 1 bowlchopped cauliflower
  6. 1 bowlgreen peas
  7. 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. 1 tbspchutney
  11. 1/2 tbspsugar
  12. as neededButter
  13. 4-5 tbspoil
  14. as neededWater
  15. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly we need to take 2 cookers cartons. In first cartons we need to add potatoes with some water. In second cartons we need to add chopped cauliflower, capsicum & green peas with some water. Cook it well in cooker with 4-5 whistle.

    Then we need to mix grated potato, cauliflower, capsicum & green peas. then smash all this together with smasher.

    Then we need to take one large wok and add 4-5 tbsp oil, wait till oil get hot. Add chopped onion and roast it until colour get change to golden. Then add chopped tomato in it and mix it well.

    Then we need to add followings items in it, ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, chutney, red chilli powder, sugar, large piece of butter. Then mix it properly.

    Finally we need to add cooked ingradients in it and mix it properly. then we add some salt to taste and small piece of butter then cook it well for 10 minutes on medium flame.
