Ingredients

  1. 2Chicken Brests
  2. 32 ozChicken Broth
  3. 1 cuprice
  4. 1 cupchopped Celery
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1 cupsliced mushrooms
  7. 1/2 cupHalf and Half
  8. 1 stickbutter
  9. to tasteRosemary, black pepper, and smoked salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Use 2 tbs of butter to saute mushtooms until caramelized. Rommove mushrooms from pan and add 1/4 cup of Half and Half.

    Season Chicken

  3. 3

    After browned, pull apart chicken with forks, and add the remainder of Half and Half. Make sure chicken is fully cooked then add to mushroom mixture.

  4. 4

    Saute chopped vegatables in 2tbs butter, until onions are translucent.

  5. 5

    Add rice and stir to coat in flavorfull goodness. Add broth and simmer on medium heat.

  6. 6

    When rice half way cooked add chicken add mushroom mixture.
