Steps

Use 2 tbs of butter to saute mushtooms until caramelized. Rommove mushrooms from pan and add 1/4 cup of Half and Half.

Season Chicken

After browned, pull apart chicken with forks, and add the remainder of Half and Half. Make sure chicken is fully cooked then add to mushroom mixture.

Saute chopped vegatables in 2tbs butter, until onions are translucent.

Add rice and stir to coat in flavorfull goodness. Add broth and simmer on medium heat.

When rice half way cooked add chicken add mushroom mixture.
