Steps

Take the coconut, sambar powder, garlic, jeera and salt in a mixer jar and powder it.

Make cuts in brinjal as shown.

Fill the powder prepared in to brinjal.
- 4
Heat oil in pan and add stuffed brinjals cover the lid and cook on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally.

After brinjals are completely cooked add powder and mix well.
- 6
Serve as a side dish.
