Steps

Take all the slices of bread and cut it's edges and cut in to halves.

On the other side take a pan add sugar and water,food colour and add cardamom powder in it and boil it for sometime till the sugar dissolves and cook till when the syrup gets sticky on your fingers.Off the flame and cover it.

Now take the wok and add oil in it and fry the slices till golden brown.Then add these slices in the sugar syrup.And keep it for 1 minute and take out and serve it with rabdi or plain as you want to eat.Our delicious shahi tukda is ready.
