Ingredients

  • 100gmwheat flour
  • 50gmfresh milk malai
  • 50gm sugar
  • 10gm ghee
  • 1 cupwater

    Make a doo with water and wheat flour

  2. 2

    Make a roti with roller

  3. 3

    Put the roti on the hot plate and cook both sides properly

  4. 4

    Apply ghee malai and sugar an spread it on the roti

  5. 5

    Roll it to serve
