Moong dal tikki

Firstly wash Moong Dal with water.Now in a blender add Dal, bread slice,garlic,ginger, green chilli and blend it.make a thick paste.

Pour a mixture in a bowl.add onion,til,salt, Turmeric powder,red chilli powder,curry leaves,lemon juice.

Mix it properly and make small tikki's.Now take a flat tawa and pour some oil in it.now shallow fry the tikki from both sides,till they crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
