Pound the ginger and shallot and garlic then set aside

With oil pan fry the pork stirp which season with salt and pepper for about 7 to 8 minutes then remove excess oil, reserve about 2 tbsp of oil then pan fry the pounded ginger, shallot and garlic

Stir fry in Low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes and do not burn it

Add in the soy sauce mixture with the green Chili pepper then stir fry it till all are fully coated and sauce almost evaporated then off heat and serve

I enjoy my lunch with a bowl of steamed white rice
