Firstly suji put in a bowl and mix with water slowly slowly when it's become a thin paste.covered a plate for 1 hour.

For staffing....pile boiled potatoes and mash in a other bowl.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan firstly put mustard seed..turmeric powder..salt..chat masala and mix properly whenever potato become brown. put out the heat...

After 1 hour....open the ani pouch and put in suji paste...now in idli stand put 1 tsp suji paste fried potato than suji peast...like that fill all stand and heat in water 15 min..

After 15 min..put out the idli from stand and cut in 2 part.and Served with green chutney and sauce...
