Put makki atta, carom seed and salt in a palleter/parat and mix it well.

Keep the atta of one roti aside and add little water in it and make a dough and roll it and make a Chapati with the help of rolling pins. Heat a tawa and put the Chapati on the tawa and roast it both sides. Now do the same and make other chapatis. When the Chapati is ready then spread some ghee on it and serve hot.
