Firstly make a dough with maida,oil,salt,and milk. mix all ingredients well and knead the dough make a soft dough. Keep it rest for 15 minutes.

Now take a bowl add paneer crumble paneer add jeera, coriander leaves, chilli,pea, onion,salt mix well filling is ready.

Now take a portion of Dough make a roti with this Dough now Keep filling on center. and cover it of dough all-around after that roll it with rolling pin make a thick paratha.

Then heat a pan, put the prepared paratha cook for 2 mins then pour the 1 tsp ghee and cook the both side with ghee.

Now take out from pan. And cut into four pieces serve with tea or coffee.
