To make vegetable gold coins, combine maida and approximately water in a bowl, mix well to make a thick paste. Keep aside.

Cut the bread slices into roundels with the help of a cookie cutter

Place bread roundels on a clean, dry surface, place approximately topping over each bread roundel and spread evenly.

Pour a little maida water mixture evenly over it.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the Maida water mixture.

Repeat the steps to make more gold coins.

Heat oil in a deep non stick pan and deep fry gold coins till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve the vegetable coins immediately with red chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
