Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1 teaspoonajwain or carom seeds
  • 1 teaspoonrock salt
  • Pinchred pepper powder
  • Pinchblack pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1 tablespoonchopped onion
  • Optional green chilli chopped
  • Butter to cook

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep bowl and add gram flour with all the spices together

  2. 2

    Mix well and add slowly water to make a smooth mixture

  3. 3

    Rest for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Take a non stick pan and greece some butter spread gramflour mixture and flat it with spatula

  5. 5

    Now cook at very low flame and sprinkle butter on upper layer

  6. 6

    Turn the side and roast until it looks roasted

  7. 7

    Healthy breakfast is ready.keep enjoying my healthy food
