Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. Channa daal 1 cup(soaked)
  3. Onion 1 large
  4. Tomatoes 3 chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspTumeric powder
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. 1 tspCumin powder
  11. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  12. 1/4 tspNutneg powder
  13. 1 cupOil
  14. For garnish
  15. Ginger juline cut
  16. Green chillies
  17. Fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add slice onion fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    AddadaaaaaadddggggggaaaaaasAdd meat and g.g paste and fry till meat changes its colour

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and all spices and cook till oil seperates.

  4. 4

    Add water 2 cup and cover the pan till meat tender 80%.

  5. 5

    Add soaked chaana daal and cook till ghost and daal are fully cooked and water if required.garnish with ginger coriander and green chillies

  6. 6

    Serve with plain rice and roti
