  • Lasan adrak 1 tbp
  • Laal mirch half tbp
  • Garam masla half tsp
  • Haldi half tsp
  • Sabit kuta daniya 2 tbp
  • Namak hasb e zarorat
  • Oil half kg

    4 adad piyaz ko oil main fry karen aur us main lasan adrak bhi dal dein jab piyaz ka colour halka brown hone lage toh us main qeema add karen aur 5 mins bhonte rahein ab tamatar chop ki hui mirch haldi daniya garam masala namak add kar ke 5 mins halki anch pe dakan de ke rakh dein 5 mins baad phir say bhone aur itna bhoon lein ke colour change ho jaye 15 mins ache say bhoon lene ke baad

    Baki jo piyaz 1 kg main say rehti hy sab bareek cut lein piyaz bareek kati hui hara daniya hari mirchen aur garam masala thora sa qeeme ke upar dal ke 30 mins ke liye dam pe rakh dein
