Authentic spinach pakoda kadhi
Easy to make ,good for cold and cough
Steps

First we make kadhi- Take water, besan salt, lime juice, haldi, chilli flakes in a big vessel. Give a nice stir. Make sure there should be no lumps. Put on stove on medium flame. After 15 minutes kadhi will be ready.

Wash spinach. Chopped it. Take big vessel. Add spinach, besan, corn floursalt, haldi, cooking soda, ajwain, chopped green chilli. Make smooth runny batter out of it.

Now put oil for frying. Make very small pakoda. Till fry it became crispy.

In Small bowl take a kadhi and add pakoda on it. Our authentic pakoda with kadhi is ready now. Enjoy in cold weather with hottness in side.
