VADA ****
First of all take a bowl put moong daal washed carefully then soaked it upto three hours, then put in the mixture grinder, and grind it with chopped garlic, black pepper and green chilli. After then mix salt, take a pan put oil two cups when it heat, at medium flame make round shape of vada fry and keep out.
Put all vadas into hot water upto three minutes for softness. - 2
CORIANDER CHUTNEY *****
Take a mixture grinder put chopped coriander leaves with garlic, and green chilli mix well and grind it with slight amount of water. Then keep out in the bowl, heat the mustard oil put on it and finally add salt and mix well. - 3
RED CHILLI TOMATO GARLIC SAUCE****
Tomato should be chopped into small pieces, garlic is cut into small pieces, take a pan put oil, heat them insert Jeera, red chilli and chopped garlic then put chopped tomato mix well then add salt cooked upto five minutes, then switch off the gas flame after cooling at room temperature then grind it. - 4
MIX SPICY CURD ****
Take a bowl put two cups of curd with one fourth of water, make dilute it then add salt, black pepper, chat masala.Finally take a tray this vada is arranged in small stick or bowl, pour mix spicy curd then in one bunch spread red chilli tomato garlic sauce, and next one spread coriander chutney with black pepper and last one
