  • 2eggs
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • 1 pinchmushroom stock (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg and mix in with salt and mushroom stock.

    On high heat, melt butter. Spread so that whole surface is covered.

    Pour down the egg. Stir and scramble it along the way. Cook for around 3 minutes.
