Take spinach & fine chopped

Take a bowl add grated cottage cheese (paneer) and spinach,salt and pepper,ginger green chilli,chopped garlic mix it well properly.now stuffing is ready.Take a bowl add all purpose flour,corn flour,salt,oil and add water mix well until crumbled mix it well.soft dough is ready.

Cut each samosa patti in to rectangular pieces.

Roll each patti tightly towards the opposite pointed edge and stick the edges with a little flour paste to form a cylindrical shape.seal the edge of the samosa patti using a little plain flour paste.

Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the cigars a few at a time till they golden brown in colour from all the sides.

Spinach cheese cigar roll is ready to serve.
