Seasoned Fried potatoes/chips

Slice potatoes very thin for crunchy chip texture or to a medium to thin size

Put butter or oil on frying pan on medium heat

Place potato slices evenly spread out onto pan

Be careful because oil might pop back up to you

Press down on the potatoes

Sprinkle spices on top(optional)

After about 2-5 minutes flip the slices of potatoes

Add spices to the side just flipped(optional)

Cook until liking,(I prefer a little crunchier but not complete chips)

Let cool some and serve
