First properly clean and wash it twice and then make cuts in the fish to absorb salt and spices properly

Now add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt as par taste some oil mix properly and rest for 30 min keep it a side

Now heat the frying pan add some mustard oil heated properly then drop in hot oil and shallow fry it becomes nice golden brown colour.

Now remove on the plates, it's ready to serve it.
