Corn rice made with salted rice malt(Shio-koji)

Ingredients

  1. 80 gCorn
  2. 2 cupsrice
  3. Same amount of water rice
  4. 2 tablespoonssalted rice malt
  5. 1little black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Immerse the rice for about 30 minutes and add the same amount of water as the rice.

    Add salted rice malt and mix

  3. 3

    Put corn on the rice and cook.

  4. 4

    Put a lid on it and set it on fire. When it boils, set it on low heat for about 15 minutes.Remove from heat and steam for about 10 minutes.
